Wired Feeling
« on: August 10, 2020, 01:20:03 PM »

Hi there,
I’m in the peri stage and a few days ago started having sore boobs and anxiety so I’m assuming a period is about to happen......last night my head felt completely ‘wired’..not painful but like a tense/dizzy feeling. Also have tinnitus like electric current (I am just getting over Labrynthitis so tinnitus has been worse anyway). Anyone else get this? What causes it?

Sorry  -  no wiring although I do have a nerve in my neck that makes me go 'oh' when I move  :-\

Thanks for your reply. Neck annoyance is a nuisance as you can’t hold your head still forever!
I’m just having a nanna nap to see if that helps.....

Did it help?   I had nearly 1.5 hours sleep, felt refreshed ;-)

Yes it did a little...woke up and my period arrived. That’s the reason for feeling rubbish then!

Bugga ............ now you know!  doesn't help how you were feeling though  :-\.  Maybe keep a mood/food/symptom diary?
