Evorel Sequi 50 and side effects to expect?

Hi, I am on day 8 of evorel patches and so far so good.  Anxiety still there very slightly raring it’s head with breathlessness and chest tightness - I have had some bearable days of nausea which Ginger tea has been helping (hopefully it will pass soon).  Now I have noticed some spots 2nd day now on my upper legs - they aren’t red or itchy.  Just wondered if this was a side effect?
