Hey there,  I've started drinking Chamomile tea about an hour before bed.  It makes me drowsy and I can fall asleep more easily.  I've tried melatonin in the past but it really didn't help.  I do still wake during the night but most nights I can fall back fairly quickly.  Still, if I can get 6 solid hours during the night, it's a win.

I've started wearing an eye mask which has made a big difference to the 2.30 - 5am wide awake times. Also this week got a new eye mask which came with ear plugs & they have gone down a treat, never heard the bin men (never happened before). Worth a try. x
