Sorry to hear you're not liking the prog - this is the same for many of us as Rosepetal says! If the daily progesterone is not suiting you then you can take it cyclically (and even a longer cycle eg 6 weeks rather than 28 days) but you will get a withdrawal bleed, or on alternate days (vaginally) to lessen the dose. As you are on such a low dose of oestrogen, then you should be able to get away with less progesterone but this should only be tried under medical supervision.
