Hopefully you decided to shelve telling your relatives?  Why invite hassle ?  ;)

Thx CKLD and Shropshirelass

I take Rennies most nights but avoid painkillers as they cause me constipation. Yes I do think maybe a bit more estrogen would help - I guess I’m trying to get by on as low a dose as possible.

Shropshirelass I think you should keep a diary of your bleeeding. I think it might help if the specialist can see exactly what has been happening?

Nurofen never causes me constipation  :-\.  How much do you take?  Something to talk to a Pharmacist about perhaps?

Thanks both. I have kept a diary Sparkler but they weren't interested as light bleeding within 6 months is considered normal. Concerns were only raised when I started flooding causing anaemia.

Tbf people have been supportive to me. I think I'm hardest on myself!
