I know oestrogen dominant is a term from the alternative clan. I'd rather stick with science and recommended guidelines

I don't really have any support for my mental health, I have had mental health issues for 36 years, PMDD, really bad PND and now perimenopause so i?m sort of left to it.
I would like to address my mood - I am irritable, anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, lack confidence and on bad days add panic attacks and paranoia too. Would HRT fix this and what would I take? I quite fancy just sticking a patch on but is the progesterone in them body identical or synthetic?
I want to feel positive and happy and it feels as though it's been several years (since age 42 and i?m now 48) since I truly felt both for any
length of time.
