It amazes me that in this day and age Consultants don't have advice prior to surgical intervention on what is available: as well as what is required to support ladies who can't take HRT. Has he/she advised on an exercise regime and when you ought to begin? Did U have a dedicated Nurse to contact or physiotherapy. So many questions, sorry
What type of Consultant care were you under? Have U been referred to an oncologist for example? R U requiring any follow up treatments? Do be aware that as oestrogen levels drop the body may become dry: inside and out
