hi ladies
so i was on 2.5 estrogel 100mg utro daily and then i added trostan one pump every other day !
i started getting very warm at night around 9pm to 12 pm and notice me this before i added tesosterone hoped it would settle but i stopped the tesosterone to rule that out so i know now it is from increasing the gel from 2 pumps to 2.5 as i?m also waking with aniexty in the mornings intill i have had coffee breakfast etc plus increased armpit groin sweating so i wondering to reduce back to 2 pumps and then see what happens before adding tesosterone back in ? any advice appreciated
