Feeling confused

I am 55 and for almost a year ago my gynaecologists put me on hrt patches evorel I started on 50 bt for last 8 months in on 75 I also have coil in.  But for last few  days I hve bn having awful tender sore breasts and today my face all flushed it's like I have forgotten to replace patch but I haven't.  With current situation and kids off school I'm run off feet so I cant afford to be unwell. I feel like I did  pre menopause.  Any advice appreciated.   Thanks

Hi! a burst of your own hormones?  Maybe put the product name into the search box on the Forum and see what pops up.  Make notes ;-). Browse round.

I agree, most likely your own hormones. At 55 you may not have reached menopause and as you have a coil you have no way of knowing.

I was lucky that I didn't get breast tenderness during my menstruating years.  Maybe keep a mood/symptom/food diary?
