Does anyone have a pain between their legs when doing exercise, gardening etc, if I stride out too much or open my legs too wide I get a pain in between,bit like a bruised feeling. I though it was the vagifem pessaries was making it all too sensitive Down there but i stopped 2 weeks ago and it's still happening, just had to stop gardening as it's too painful.

I'd start the Vagifem again and try a vaginal moisturiser such as one of the Yes products or Sylk. Could be friction from dry labia.
