Hi, just wanted to say hello to everyone! I've been reading posts and lurking on this forum for quite a while. Thought it was time to join..
I'm 45 and have been having peri symptoms for probably about 3 or 4 years. I started cyclical hrt about 12 months ago. I'm presently on 3 pumps of Oestrogel and 200mg Utrogestan in second half of cycle.
Feeling much better generally, but as always there are ups and downs! This forum has been an amazingly useful source of information and comfort!
