Some find that keeping a mood/food/syptom diary useful. I have a light headed feeling due to a nerve in the back of my neck, if I move it makes me go 'oh' and I feel 'odd'. It doesn't persist, fortunately.
How is your diet over-all? Maybe eat every 3 hours even through the night. Stops that awful sugar dip when the body is hungry. Hormones can cause havoc with sugar stability. NAPS advised me to eat every 3 hours, 24/7. It worked for me and I continue to have safe foods to hand:
Dextrose tablets; mixed fruits and nuts; bananas; porridge

......... I try to eat B4 my body gets hungry so carry snacks with me all the time.
Maybe stop everything that you are taking? Magnesium can cause 'the runs' too. I was low in VitD levels: I would do 20 mins weeding then have to sit. Still. For 2 hours. Has your GP/Nurse Practitioner done a full blood count recently?
You are not alone. It's The Change - does what it says on the tin!
