changes in body
« on: April 13, 2020, 03:51:19 PM »

Good afternoon, i wanted to see if anyone else experiencing extra discharge since becoming menopausal, I can no longer just wear my underwear without a panty liner and i have become thicker around my tummy and bottom and gone up a size in clothes. I did try estrogel for a while but i didn't like the way it made me feel swollen but that hasn't gone away even though i haven't used it for a couple of months.

Thanks for listening

Hi! Middle Aged Spread. Does what Mum warned me about  ::).  A few years ago my apron dropped.  As oestrogen levels drop so muscles may become lax = aches and pains plus other changes [bat wings].

Have you put on physical weight or is it your shape?
