Hello ladies, it might be a bit boring and sorry for asking, but who is also taking venlafaxine and HRT for menopause symptoms? How do get along with it?

HI! I took it years ago to help depression and had no problems. Do you keep a mood/food/symptom diary, might help keep a chart to follow progress?
