Its a good way to do it Focus.  Break the day into chunks of 2 hours at a time.  Baby step as they say.
Sending big hugs x

Thank you.

Sometimes I can't even manage 2 hours at a time.

I made some soup this morning. New recipe: cauliflower, potato and turmeric. Nigella Lawson.

I'm making a lot of new soup recipes at the moment.

I have soup late afternoon, so I can go for my evening run.

Thank you ladies.

Struggling bad with mental health at the moment.

I wear a mouthguard at night because I grind my teeth. I've actually split it at the back now. And my gums where I know I grind are inflamed, sore and bleeding, even though I'm wearing my mouthguard. I'm taking 2mg diazepam at bedtime and that's still happened.

I know from that alone that things are bad.

Anyway, been doing salt water mouth washes and had to get liquid ibuprofen for the swelling I can't swallow anything bigger than a very small pill.

I was out for my run today and stopped to stroke a kitty cat. It's the first living being I've touched in 3 weeks :(
