since starting progesterone my hands mouth and vagina are dryer when i was on the estrogen alone i had more oily skin mouth wasn't dry and vagina infact was overly wet so i?m thinking with taking 100mg utrogestan daily i may need 3 pumps instead of 2 or stick at 2 and reduce progesterone alternate days which is a faff to be honest i'd rather take every day for consistency but just don't know i?m very in tune with my body so i know the effects progesterone having x
i was hands a lot anyway and not washing anymore really due to corona virus so i know it's not that x but do up a pump or reduce progesterone other then watery discharge and now dry bits i feel fine on it
