Lockdown ends [What to do during the crisis]
« on: March 17, 2020, 01:19:33 PM »

I found a dark cobweb and dirty window sill at the weekend  :o.  So that is job number 1 - when I can be bothered !
Lots to see on TV that isn't virus related
Radio if necessary

Weeding.  Feeding wild birds and pond fish.  Shopping when necessary.  Planting seeds when the weather warms up.

Reading - probably charity shops will close what *will* I do then  :o
Magazines and daily papers

I have unwrapped DVDs to catch up on from C.mas as far back as 2017  :D

Just been sent log in details for my DC's school work, so looks like i might be a teacher for quite a few weeks  ;)

I am going to write a very big list of all the little jobs that need doing, but no one ever does and stick it on the fridge. That way, when my DH starts getting on my wick, i can point hime to the list. Either that or lump him with a heavy object :-\

;D same here.  I have 5 baskets to sort through: some is my stuff, some is from Mum's property 1 not touched since it landed here 14 months ago.  In a corner. Collecting dust.  Trouble is, once I sort I have to find places for stuff  :-X

Ride the horse, feed sheep, lamb sheep, repeat... No much will change as long as I don't get it. Clear the house out? Not til after lambing.

I cleaned the mirrors in my bedroom today.
Plus I dusted and polished the bedroom furniture too. There must've been 10 inches dust at the back of the mirror on my dressing table.  :o   ;D
Then I cleaned my fan that sits by my bed. Dropped it, dust off the front everywhere. 😡 😆 it's amazing how much dust a fan can hold.  ;D I think most of it comes off my dog! 😆
As for the oven. 🤷‍♀️ Can't decide yet if I want to do it. 😆 if I do, I?ll buy that Astonish product that's advertised on tele.  See if that works like it says it does, 🤷‍♀️.

My workplace has just announced that we are closing on Thursday. I do still have to work from home though but might actually get some cleaning done as a break from work.  :D

🙀🙀🙀🙀🙀 YES, yes, didn't think of that.
Everyone will have sparkling clean ovens, and spanking clean houses at this rate! 🤣
That's if they can all clean around their stock  piles! 😉

JD I bought that astonish oven cleaner (yep the advert worked on me 🤣) its bright orange and comes with its own sponge and it did a really good job of my oven and it didn't stink and no burns like I got off that other oven cleaner.

So go on you know you want to clean that oven sooooo badly 😁 x
