Too high estrogen Reading

Hello i taken estrogel testrostone and 7 days a month utrogestan for 3 months and I feel absolutely rubbish severe insomnia and suicidal

I got my blood test reading today and it says estradiol is 2044 pmol/l

I take 4 pumps a day

Can anyone please help

It is high Eagle and I answered your PM but you must remember that your own oestrogen is kicking in too and that reading might have been at a certain point in your own cycle when you own oestrogen was highest,  I think you are seeing Dr Watson soon so you can discuss it with him, but if you are feeling really wired why not drop 1 pump and see if you feel a bit better.  The science of using hormones to treat Postnatal depression is a bit different from treating menopause.  Dropping to 3 pumps won't do any harm and you may find you don't feel so "stimulated"/wired whatever you want to call it.  If he wants you to go back up again you always can.  There is no real wrong or right dose, everyone is so different but it's about finding the right level for you to feel better.  xx
