I was on HRT patch (per-menopause) wanted to try natural so weaned off but this last few weeks i have have had changes in prolapse seeming worse and bladder incontinence/leakage thats is distressing. Anyone got advice or experience this as result iof coming of HRT. I had some sudden incontinece one eve when just on last patch since then seems to be ongoing. GP. Said i have bladder/uertine prolaspe GP said do Kegels and recommended surgery! Would like to avoid surgery!   :-\

Kegels should be instructed by a specific physio; maybe contact one who does womens' health specifically?

Would you go back onto the Patch if it worked?  Menopause is 'natural' but throws up all kinds of uncomfortable issues  >:(
