It is a mystery. The whole menopause thing if you're badly affected is a mess!
Hope your hair loss rectifies itself. Mine seems to have no pattern of shedding and regrowth. I've given up trying to figure out 'what's going on. I've always had great hair so it's doubly upsetting.

Michellmabelle,what spray did you us? one of the Drs at my urgery took me off vit D  npt my pwn  Dr]  i was furious,iknow i can buy it but i forget
I read an article today that said too much histamine could cause hairloss
I am going to look into this forther and ask my Dr about it

Hi Jaycee. I use Better For You Vitamin D spray 3000. It's in a green packet and it's one spray a day. I also use their iron spray. I'm not very good at taking tablets, find the sprays much more convenient.
You can buy it from Holland & Barrett and sometimes Superdrug.x
