Dreaming every night, insomnia, hot flushes & mood swings

Can someone please advise me on recurrent nightmares and dreams every night. Last night I must of work up 5 times for the toilet and this dreams. Hot flushes are a daily recurrence atm especially after eating. Mood swings are through the roof atm, any advice would be really appreciated thank you.

Hia Jojosammy welcome welcome,

Sorry that you are having such a tough time of it, lots of us can relate.

Have you been to see your GP about any of the issues you've mentioned? Are you peri or post menopausal?
On any hormone replacement therapy? Sorry, so many questions but it would help us help you if know more details, your age, stage etc.

In the meantime  :welcomemm:

Hi there and welcome to the forum,yes,please tell us more about yourself,it does sound like you're in the throws of menopause,all symptoms sound familiar

My brain picks up an item from the evening news: mixes it with someone I haven't seen or thought about for years: runs with it, not always nasty dreams but very very busy!

Don't think you get a good nights sleep when you have dreams like these,happens to me a lot too
Bit freaky when you dream of people from your past,I mean school days etc,why does that happen  :o
