Sleep paralysis
« on: November 27, 2019, 08:35:36 AM »

As if insomnia, night sweats and weird dreams weren't enough, I'm now having periods of sleep paralysis.

It's not the sleep paralysis per se that's causing me issues. It's the tension in my muscles that are causing me pain, particularly in my back, where I have an old injury.

My back is so painful and stiff from these episodes that I can barely touch my toes in the morning, and it feels like my back is going to snap it's so tense.

I feel exhausted this morning.

I had a small spate of sleep paralysis a couple of years ago (so embarrassed but I had the monster thing over me too!!!!!)

I didn't suffer pain just the fear of it happening again x
