Rainy Kelly, I now have a spray of the magnesium spray when I start to feel anxious and it seems to work. Ive found spreading it over the day and a couple of sprays at night seems to be better for now, will go look at tablets over the weekend as it's brilliant to hear someone else is finding a difference to their anxiety x

Countrygirl...i put it on the soles of my feet this morning to see if absorbs even quicker .... feeling more ' normal' than i have in a long time..i won't get over excited just yet....lets see what tmoz brings ... let me know how you get on x

Jaypo..have you tried the spray/oil .. absorbs into your skin for much the same effect without going thru your gut ...x
