Tracey E, when are you taking the livial, i took mine at night, which might be better for you unless you are doing this already, but i never had any dizzyness or any side effects at all, until about 5-6 months ao when i started feeling tired or lethargic during, the day,
They are quite weak though i think,
.

I took mine at 10.30am in the morning, had my dizzy spell at 6.30pm at night so approx 9 1/2 hrs later. Maybe I should try it later in the day. It was quite a bad dizziness though..

I  would try just before bed or even a bit earlier, to give them chance to kick in, so maybe you wont be affected by morning, but in any case i think the dizziness will wear off,
Good luck

I know from reading other posts, that ladies have played around with the timing of taking Tibolone, so definitely worth a try.

Hi ladies, I'm new to this so please bare with me?
I've been taking livial now for 9 months with no bleeding for about 4 years !
I tried other forms of hrt but none worked as well.
I've now had a brown light bleed for a week . Anyone had a similar experience?
Not sure if I should be worried.
No pain or other symptoms.

Thanks , that's what I thought.
Just to put it out there I found it best to take livial first thing in the morning, in case it did stop me sleeping as I sleep very badly anyway.
I'm sleeping better now though👍🏼

Bleeding can be one of the side effects of Tibolone so as Birdy says I would get it checked out as 9 months have elapsed since starting it and you want to know that your womb lining has not thickened. Don't be fobbed off - push for referral for a scan. Presumably you are post-menopausal?
