Grateful for any advice.  I stopped conti HRT 5 weeks ago for some thyroid blood tests and as well as the hot sweats coming back,  for the past week I have had horrible period pain but no period - does this sound right? I am loathe to bother my GP as I seem to have been there a lot but after a week I am getting quite worried.  BMs have been OK. Thanks in advance

Whereabouts are you in your meno journey, are you peri or post??

I am still peri (I think!) and I get random period pains all the time without anything to show for it....don't' worry about bothering your GP - if you're worried then ask to speak to them on the phone perhaps?? Or a nurse practitioner?

I'm sure it's probably just your own hormones settling down but worth a check if it's concerning you.
