Thanks cupid. I will bite their hand of if they offer it. !

I've decided against adding in eastrogel  i was feeling at an all time eastrogen low when  I posted this thread. I didnt connect it  to changing patcht o progynova as I realy thought it woulnt make much difference to estradot it seems it has  i've bee on it nearly 2 weeks and I've felt worse than ever. So I've switched back. Tonight.

How, are you?

Yes, prob start tomorrow. Bad day today, patches have a strange effect on me after a couple of weeks, every time, feel like I've been drugged, stop the patch, head clears. Bizarre.

Hurdity. Thank you. I dont know now but I missed your post.

I think I know the site you mean. I only found it a couple months ago. They have a "troubleshooting patches"  page. Ita realy good  they talk about the "resevoir" it makes a lot of sense.
Ive switched back to estradot but I think as an experiment I might ask for some sandrena to add.  They say on there that some women fair better on a mix of delivery methods dont they.  Even if I get the implant iin 4 weeks iit would be good to have sandrena in case I need to top up.  I don't know why I didnt think of trying it before.

I wasnt having any meno symptoms before my op. Regular periods.  The ovarian T being removed is,actually a huge part of the problem in surgical  meno. Not least because it can convert to E post meno.  I'm realy hoping once I get E to a decent level the T will work better for me.

Thanks for your suggestions. Hurdity. Nope you are well.
