Hi Tracy...I was also going to have a Mirena for the same reason..levornogestrel being in both the Mirena and FemSeven Conti. But I'd had such a catastrophic bleed on utrogestan after feeling awful on it for a while, and when the subsequent scan showed a fibroid, I decided against it in favour of Femoston Conti. My Meno specialist noted that I'd been on a Sequi formulation (now discontinued) a long time ago which had contained dydrogesterone as the progestogen and since I'd felt ok on that she suggested I try Femoston. She's been so helpful.
