I should post my OH's 'breakfast' too - today he had two cold sausages and a huge hunk of blue cheese .
Alpro unsweetened yoghurt (recently swapped from full fat greek yoghurt), large spoonful of Flaxseed mixed in, raspberries and Mango. Washed down by a cup of tea in work!!
Couple of slices of cold roast beef, chunk of cheddar, bit of leftover cauliflower and a couple of M&S 'Crackling Crisps' .
