I should post my OH's 'breakfast' too - today he had two cold sausages and a huge hunk of blue cheese  ;D.
That made me laugh, it is exactly the sort of thing my late OH would have had. Did your OH have mustard on the bangers? Mine would have!  ;D

Alpro unsweetened yoghurt (recently swapped from full fat greek yoghurt), large spoonful of Flaxseed mixed in, raspberries and Mango. Washed down by a cup of tea in work!!

I now make my own yoghurt. I bought an Easiyo yogurt maker from Lakeland and it's been great.

Cheese and tomato 'sarnies' with slices of cold roast beef instead of the bread. Oh and a handful of macadamia nuts  ;D.

Salad that sounds like the best breakfast out of everyone who posted!!! Although I'm a milky tea gal!! Happy Birthday if the cake was for you.

I've been known to have fruit cake for breakfast.  This morning I added strawberries to the muesli, I don't like them but these are FabULUS! [Fenland picked yesterday]
