Newbie hrt confusion

Hi I'm 51 and started on femoston 1/10 when I was 46. At that point I hadn't had a period for 9months. Did ok on that for a couple of years. I've also got VA which I take Overton and replens for. Alot of my symptoms have returned so tried femoston 2/10. This left me with extremely swollen boobs, to the point I couldn't get my bra on!! I've been back to gp and he was pretty clueless and pulled a book out. He's given me utrogestan to take 200mg day 15 onwards and estrogel. The problem is there is nothing on the box to tell me how much to take. I've read the leaflet and it says start at two pumps. Please help

Oh that minefield again!
Your pharmacist is your best bet in a hurry ;-).
Put the product name into the search box and make notes.
How do you get on with 'Overton'
- do you mean 'ovestin'? and there are 'yes' and 'sylc' products instead of Replens.

I'm in peri and was prescribed two pumps to start with. You may find you need to increase it but two is a good starting point.
