Here it is:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17981510

Taken from a longer article: https://www.whria.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/HRT-Micronised-Progesterone-2016.pdf

Hope this reassures others. It has reassured me.

NOTE: they say put in the progesterone in the posterior vagina...ie. as far up as you can. Look under progesterone heading, but here is the quote:

'.. Cicinelli9 has reviewed the intravaginal delivery of E2 and mP4. The posterior vagina appears to be an
excellent delivery site for mP4.'

NOTE: they say put in the progesterone in the anterior vagina...ie. not too far up. Look under progesterone heading, but here is the quote:

Hi flaxhigh - thanks for posting that Aussie link - it has been put up before but not recently.

By the way you do of course mean after your note - the POSTERIOR vagina as per the quote, not the anterior! This means that it IS inserted HIGH up (if this is his use of posterior - which I suspect is the case). It has to be inseretd high up in order to reach the womb directly.

I mentioned on your other thread that there are lots of studies about vaginal use of progesterone which I (and others) have posted - and these form the basis of how the consultants prescribe it in UK. Perhaps I will re-post as a separate post then I can bump it now and again as I can't always find the other posts!?

Erm, how high up? And how do you get it high up without an applicator? Is there one available?
