Same time each day??
« on: April 29, 2019, 08:46:02 PM »

Hi ladies.

Feels like something weird is happening. I have hot flushes at almost exactly the same time each evening, during the night and early morning. Specifically 9:30 pm, 3:30 am and then at 6am when I get up. Is this usual?

As History I had been on beta blockers for a few years to stop hot flushes and keep the tearfulness at bay. Things got worse over time. Started evorel 25 plus utrogestan 200mg for 12 days out of 28 mid March this year. Stopped the betas 10 days later. All fine, symptoms improved, although no bleed following the Utro. Symptoms of teariness and hot flushes unfortunately returned but now it seems the flushes work on a schedule! About to start the second month of Utro tonight.

Anyone else have flushes which work on a schedule? Trying not to think wha happens if I don't bleed this month either.
