Just wanted to say Thank God, for this forum!! I feel so alone with this, nobody to talk a out this to, my partner obviously doesn't understand, why would he? But when I come on here it gives me hope that I can keep going until I feel better.

Hello Charliegirl.

I totally agree with you. This forum has been a lifeline for me and still is.

My husband does his best to sympathise but men can't really understand how we feel, infact I was also ignorant of the effects the meno could have.  Needless to say I'm pretty much up to speed on it all now lol!

I have also noticed that talking to other women only really helps if they have the same symptoms, if you mention something that they don't recognise they can't empathise. The beauty of the forum is that you always find a fellow sufferer to chat to.
