As oestrogen levels drop muscles may Become lax = aches and pains.  Does the symptoms cause you to walk for a short distance then have to stop to relieve any leg pain or is it purely in the joints?

Have you tried an over-the-counter pain relief?

If worried about how much medication you are taking, maybe ring a local Pharmacist?  I never consider it  ::) simply swallow as necessary.

The aching joints could be due to lacking vit d  so it's good you've started taking some supplement.

Hi,
I also feel like I'm falling apart! Following hysterectomy 11 weeks ago,
I have been suffering with terrible joint pain, I'm taking turmeric capsules, omega 3 and glucosamine and also menopace vitamins. Hrt patches have recently been increased also. It has improved slightly,I don't know if it coincided with higher strength turmeric or the hrt dose. Also been doing gentle yoga stretches, which I think does help, generally, there are lots on youtube x

Me too, aching a lot, been on hrt 2 months so hoping it will help. And the testogel may help too when I start it in a month.

Menopause makes me feels like I'm decaying from the inside out  :'(  I'm not here for that life, I need to fix this asap!
