Morning ladies
I've been on estraderm 50 patches and utrogestan for 3 months now and feel so much better than I have felt for a long time. I'm still peri (had infrequent light periods over the last year) but haven't had any bleed for the last 3 months after taking the 200mg of utrogestan for 12 days of the month.
Is this normal? I had a scan before going on it and was told that the lining of my uterus was thin but I had a light bleeds on all the other types of HRT.

Yes I wondered about that. A lot of my symptoms have improved so I must be absorbing the oestrogen but as you say maybe it will take a while to build up. I will give it a few more months and see what happens xx
