First experience of hrt

So the box says twice a week, but a week doesn't split into 2 easily, so I went with Friday morning and Monday evening (so they are 3.5 days apart)

Now Sunday night isn't bad at alln but Thursday night is a nightmare - hot flushes and insomnia! And according to my daughter and husband I am a little 'irritable' during the day on monday

Is it reasonably to ask my GP to move to 3 days apart instead of 3.5 - does it matter?

That's what I do Katymac, I change patch at the end of every third day and find it works well x

I'd rather set days - but I can get my phone to remind me I guess

Now I need to work out when to do my vagifem!
