Spotting after 30 months on kliovance

I have been on kliovance and vagifem for two and a half years now. I am 63 and my main symptom was vaginal atrophy leading to many urinary infections.
My life has been transformed by this treatment but for the last two days I have had light spotting.
I did miss one pill last week .
Should I see if this settles or make an appointment with my GP?

If you missed a pill then this is the most likely reason for your spotting. If you are concerned or if it doesn't settle then do mention it to your doc.
