I agree with the wooden floor.
I usually walk around with flip flops on, but I'm so fed up with the cramp
in my toes!
So, I've took to wearing a pair of fluffy slippers, which seem to help, until I get into bed,
then the cold sets in, and cramp again. 😪
I used the water bottle idea last night, I nipped down outa bed, and filled it from the kettle,
but stupid me, made the water too hot and I couldn't put my feet on it in bed! 🙀🙀
So I went to sleep with my feet just by it, I could feel the warmth radiating off it, it was lovely. And off to sleep I went, until early hours and the bloody thing got chucked out on the floor. Lol .It goes quite cold in our bedroom because I turn the heating off in there about 8.30pm and there's wooden floors in the bedrooms, so my feet get really cold. Plus, I leave the window open all night, so a hot water bottle was lovely. 👍🏻
And no Jaypo, my OH goes mad if I touch him with my freezing feet, he hates it, but then he's always moaning about how cold the bedroom is when he goes to bed, he says ‘it's like the artic in here.' ❄️
Lol. But I hate a hot stuffy bedroom, and he soon gets warm with the duvet over him......well, when he's stopped shivering........lol 😹😹😹
