Hi Paisley

I am going to hold fire with the CBD oil because I want to see if the HRT works for me first and will then boost it with taking the CBD oil. I am extremely confused with the different types of CBD oil on the market and varying prices.

Could anyone recommend a good quality cbd oil for me? Have developed horrendous ( menopause related driving anxiety) and really need to calm myself down on the road.

Will do pants. Just taken a drop. It tastes foul! No idea if it's good quality stuff or not, there are that many cbd oils on the market. X

It does taste really foul nas, I had to keep mine in my mouth for 10 mins or so,afterwards it was like I'd just smoked some horrid cigarettes 🤢

Just read the instructions jaypo, I have to leave in mouth for a minute or two also. I'm going to give it another go now, yuk! Simply cbd are selling gummies also, different flavours. Wonder what they are like😋

H&B are selling cbd oil capsules now. I think they are very new. Saw a tv advert a couple of days ago, googled yesterday. They selling them and some of their sprays for half price at the moment. x

This is the thing pants, there are so many stockists and the quality of oil does vary greatly I've read.

Yep,if it's quite cheap,the chances are it's a lower strength
