Is there a title?   Should we buy a copy each and 1 for our Surgeries?  Head-teachers of Senior Schools ........ how far do you want this to roll out?

It's called “ Me & My Menopausal Vagina” it's got 7 fab reviews on amazon already, one a GP. Some ladies are giving a copy to there GPs.

I also have a web page



One of the reviewers Samantha Evans says every HCP should have one.

Yes I want everyone to read and understand, this miserable part of menopause. We have self published so it's all down to me and social media to get word out. 👵🏻🤷‍♀️😊 it's the first of its kind. 😊

Thanks robin for coming back and for the message. It is getting fab reviews on amazon and I'm very proud. I did my first VA talk on Sunday with Diane Danzebrink and at First Ladies where 😳 but where really pleased to have been educated and quite a few light bulb moments, and some stayed back to thank me and also thank me on social media, the ugly sister on menopause needs talking about. 😊

I gave my Gynaecologist a copy and she says she will recommend it to all her menopausel ladiesshe said it's fantastic,  women's health physios saying that all those working in pelvic health should read it.

Got a book signing also next year and various other things next week, for World Menopause Day which is “ sexual wellbeing “ this year.

So far not one nasty comment regards the subject matter, just many emails saying at last that's me. 😊
