. Apparently. As a recovering anorexic who ate enough to remain upright I still have safe foods and still graze so that I avoid nausea. Recently I've noticed feeling queasy after eating but it doesn't last long and isn't nasty enough to cause panic. [if that makes sense

One should not use any laxative medication regularly as it makes the bowel action too slow. Also, I read today that by the time the laxative works, the gut has already taken everything it needs for the body ;-). If 1 really considers laxatives then 1 should speak to a GP and be referred to the appropriate specialist to rule out real problems.
My nausea has never been motion related. I did have vertigo - twice

Maybe have a supper 40 mins. B4 bedtime to layer your gut through the night?
