Stomach cramps

Hi ladies any of you get stomach cramps  and low back pain, have been like this for a few months I have taken paracetamol helps a little but just wondering if there is any thing else. Getting me down thought it would get better after my period but has not .

Pmt 28 - are you on HRT?  If so, which one? Paraceptomol is known to have little or no effect on pain (basically placebo effect) but can have bad effects on liver and kidneys - so beware - it's not as safe as people think!!!

If you are not on HRT and the pain is ongoing then it might need investigating - perhaps there are fibroids or polyps that can be easily treated.

I found that I got less trouble with cramps with the Mirena and separate oestrogen as an HRT regime.

Backache and cramps can also you may not be as regular as you should be. How's your diet and fiber intake?
