Hi ladies
I have picked up my prescription of Evorel Conti patches (Femseven unavailable)
I have not switched from my Femoston conti tablets yet as i am still so confused about what the difference is between these 2??
I would like to hear from anyone that may have changed to these patches and if they helped. As i have said before, most of my physical symptoms, except for tiredness, are managed but the mental symptoms have increased.
I'm also taking Tesco multivitamins & minerals for menopause one a day & holland & barrett suggested taking a Vitamin D supplement.
I AM SO CONFUSED!
Any help would be appreciated
