Possible Autoimmune Progesterone Dermatitis
« on: September 03, 2018, 10:41:38 AM »

Hi Ladies

I was wondering if anyone has experience of this.  I haven't been diagnosed, just read round the subject on the internet - I'm hoping to visit GP tomorrow.  I've been on Evorel Sequi since December 17 and been okay with it.  However this last month since starting the conti part I've experienced really bad ****ly heat/burning skin rash type symptoms on my chest and neck.  It seems to be getting steadily worse over the past two weeks - thankfully I finish the conti part on Thursday.  I'm wondering if I should take the patch off now or wait until tomorrow when I've hopefully seen the GP.  The antihistimane I've taken hasn't really worked.

Many thanks

Thanks sparkle.  I'll mention to GP.  It's a real shame as I thought as I was getting on okay with Evorel Sequi but I suppose it's par for the course not to get the right regime first time off.
