Hi all, I'm new to this, but wondered if anyone can help me. I'm 52, trying to control anxiety/not sleeping/loss of appetite/heat problems with diet & supplements, but really struggling at mo & feeling up & down. Poorly when down. Does anyone know if a HRT gel may help & can I use with all my herbal supplements? Thank you.... I'm a bit dubious about HRT but need to do something soon.
