Hello all - I suffer hormonal anxiety and am currently on Everol Conti 50 patch plus 1 pump of oestrogen. My anxiety is still bad - do I need progesterone as is read it is calming or ,ore oestrogen.  I am very confused and would welcome your thoughts.

No way of knowing until you try - could be either, or alternatively it could be a testosterone deficiency. Unfortunately we all react differently to these things, so you can only really find out by trying them out. Do you know what your estrogen level actually is?

It was 410 but my FSH was 27 - which the Meno. dr thought needed to be taken down.  OK - I guess I will wait until the I see the Meno. Dr but it is difficult for me as I live on an island and the Dr is in the mainland.  Thanks Racjen.
