Hi and hello 👋

Can you tell us how old you are? Where you are in menopause? What your symptoms are? X

Hi
I am 52 - literally just started. I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago so no periods so I may have been having few small symptoms for a while but didnt notice. But then without warning a month ago I have gone like a steam train bang into it the full works ... I am not getting night sweats but really hot flushes during the day... but the things that have hit me hard are the tears I cant stop crying and the tiredness I am exhausted all the time.
Joint pains. I have never been thin but have always managed to maintain my weight but I am ballooning and I am not overeating ... I think it is the exhaustion that I am finding the worst thing and just the feeling of not being me anymore x

Exhaustion was my worst problem. I was unable to do anything.

You need oestrogen in the form of gel, patch or pill. That should sort out your problems .

Some ladies find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary useful.  How is your diet and exercise regime over-all?  Which symptom would you like to ease first.
