Anxiety & Bleeding
« on: July 10, 2018, 10:29:28 AM »

Hello ladies,   I am now into my 3rd week of bleeding.  Last period prior to this was approximately 10 years ago!  Also the anxiety is going through the roof.  Current regime is Everol Conti 50 plus 1 pump of Estrogel.  Does the bleed and the anxiety suggest too much progesterone or is it too much estrogen.  6 months on and still anxiety & depression - all advice is welcome.   :'(

Hopefully someone will be along, you could put the product name into the search box to see what pops up?

Do you have a Pharmacy close by, maybe drop in and speak to him/her?

From life long experience i know anxiety certainly goes with hormones!
Mine was through the roof until I started hrt., before peri started i was always twitchy before periods
So, it looks like anxiety surfaces with too much or to little hormones! Can't win can we!
It is highly likley to be related, but as for too much or too little you may not get to the bottom of it, but look at your other symptoms to indicate if progesterone or oestrogen related.
Then a bit of drug/dose tinkering may be useful. Bw
