[Hinari hot flush]

Starting to find the flushes are making my hair rather sweaty which is long down to my shoulders. Been thinking of things to try rather than go for the drastic pixie look and i was wondering if I put my hair in an up do would help me be a bit cooler.

Would love to hear some people stories with previous experience.

I have very thick long hair down my back, It was like wearing a blanket! I found wearing it up definitely helped ,  I have had it cut to my shoulders and still wear it up even though I like the look of it down. Needs must
