Hello again Tempest.

Yep, Oestrogel is back in the shops thank goodness so you shouldn't have any trouble getting it.

BTW my prescription always states that patients should refer to the template provided when using the gel, it is presumably a guide to the area of skin  to be covered for minimum effect.  It would be interesting to know if a template is actually included with your product because I've never had one!

I've never had a template either, Kathleen. I put it on my shoulders and upper, outer arms.

I saw one at my menopause clinic many moons ago. Its about the size of an A5 piece of paper, or I was told 2 full hand widths. I'm not sure if that helps?😊 xxxx

Managed to source my proper Estrogel. I'm picking it up tomorrow. Thank gawd as i''m sick of looking at these ugly sticky blobs from the patch and feeling like i'm hanging onto the edge of a cliff as the patch wears off early!😱❤❤❤
